The data we collect
What you send us through the forms
Contact, newsletter and webinar registration forms: name, company, email address and, depending on the form, phone, country, subject and message. We also record the page the request was sent from and its date.
What is measured during your visit
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and pages viewed. This tool sets no cookie, does not track you across websites and only produces aggregate statistics. This is why this website shows no consent banner.
We also monitor the website's presence in Google through Google Search Console. This tool collects no data about you: it only tells us which searches show our pages in Google.
Our host (Cloudflare) technically processes your IP address to serve the website and protect it against attacks.
Why we use it
- To answer your requests (demo, quote, support, webinar): legitimate interest in following up on the request you send us.
- To send you our newsletter, if you subscribed: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To improve the website using anonymous visit statistics: legitimate interest.
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who has access to it
Only the Spectrochrom team reads your requests. To run the website we rely on technical providers who process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, form processing, cookieless statistics) and Resend (delivery of the emails sent by the forms).
These providers are based in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Retention
- Contact and webinar requests: 3 years after our last exchange.
- Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.
- Visit statistics: aggregate data, with no identification of individuals.
Cookies and external content
This website sets no analytics or advertising cookie. YouTube videos only load when you click "play" (privacy-enhanced mode, youtube-nocookie.com): only then can YouTube set its own cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to info@spectrochrom.com. We answer within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or with the authority of your country.
